What an AI agent does

An agent combines a large language model’s ability to understand unstructured information with the ability to take action: look something up, update a record, send a message, create a task. Given a goal and a set of tools, it completes multi-step workflows that previously needed a person to shepherd them along, and hands off to a human whenever judgement is required.

• Built on your systems. Agents connect through API integrations and the Microsoft stack (Power Automate, Power Apps and Dynamics), so nothing about your process has to move.
• Guardrails and oversight. Constrained permissions, approval steps and full audit trails come as standard, not as an afterthought.
• Proven, then scaled. We measure accuracy and time saved against the human baseline before an agent takes on more volume or more autonomy.

Where it pays off

Clients typically start with one painful workflow, such as enquiry triage, document processing or data reconciliation, and expand from there once the value is visible. Because agents run inside the systems you already own, each additional workflow costs less than the last.
